Autism is still a mystery. In this event, Paul Waiswa, a seasoned occupational therapist with Nakasero Hospital will share how he's supported children and parents of autistic children to thrive.
More about Paul Waiswa
Waiswa Paul, is a registered occupational therapist who qualified from the Uganda Institute of Allied Health and Management Science (formerly Mulago Paramedical Schools) in 2014.
I have worked with children and adults suffering from Neurological conditions like Cerebral palsy, ASD, ADHD, Stroke, etc., since 2014. Majoring in pediatric neurodevelopmental disorders. Working with Nakasero Hospital, C-Care (IHK) Hospital and CEO Royal children's therapy centre -Bweyogere.
Mentored by Dr Ssebunya Robert, a Neuro-Pediatrician at Nsambya Hospital. Has also worked with St. Catherine Hospital Buganda Rd.
